DISCOVERY

We work with you to understand your product and market, as well as customer demographic and strategic goals. Then we take a look at the landscape, competition and potential channels for sales to give us a compass with which to move forward.

IDEATION

Whiteboard sessions around the product concept, customer journey, target personas and business models. This step gives us the initial pulse of the product and allows us to define a user experience targeted to specific user profiles in any market segment.

STRATEGY

We take product and market strategy seriously as we identify markets and market segments that are a fit for your concept or an avenue to extend your brand and drive growth. We use data and customer insights to describe an approach that results in ROI.

RAPID PROTOTYPING

We like to quickly get something in your hands that you can touch and feel so your clients, partners or investors can really understand the potential of a well-executed idea. Within a matter of weeks, you’ll be looking at your concept across mobile, web and TV – we do it all the time.

DESIGN

Finding the right look and feel for your product that represents the brand well and lends itself to a compelling experience for the end user is something we thrive on. We know how much can be communicated with a good design, the right logo, and a well-chosen font. We enjoy the process so we iterate and get it right.

TEST & ITERATE

Part of why we like to rapid prototype is so we can get the product into people’s hand and test. This is where the most learning happens. We look for patterns in user behavior and feedback that help us find the right set of user experiences. This typically results in a user immediately feeling comfortable and wanting to stay a customer.
