Problem

LoanMe was looking for a new look from end-to-end. Starting with a new brand identity, messaging platform and website experience. Included is LoanMe, LoanMe Prime, LoanMe Small Business. The sites were designed for Spanish and English markets.

Outcome

We rebranded LoanMe by digging into customer journeys, market data, and success stories to shift the brand narrative into something more honest, human, and rooted in social proof. From user personas to full journey maps, every decision was backed by real insights to remove friction, highlight wins, and make the experience actually feel like someone gave a damn.
