Problem

We designed a new kind of digital experience using React, AR, and digital humans to assist users in mental wellness and beauty eCommerce. By blending AI, conversation design, and neuropsychology, we created an intelligent virtual consultant that integrates seamlessly into online retail. The experience leverages autonomous animation and natural language tech to interact with users in a human-like, emotionally resonant way.

Outcome

We designed complex, expert-informed conversation flows using Watson NLP, collaborating with beauty, retail, and neuropsychology specialists to craft meaningful interactions. To elevate the experience, we built a custom 3D virtual world, including a wellness space, meditation room, and AR-powered beauty store, where users can engage with a digital person in a safe, immersive environment. This project redefines what’s possible in customer experience, blending eCommerce, wellness, and digital humans into one seamless, emotionally intelligent journey.
